By using Chips & Chill ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Use License
Chips & Chill is a party games application for entertainment purposes only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use this App on your personal devices for non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Modify or copy the App
- Distribute, transmit, or sell the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Content Warning & User Waiver
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Chips & Chill contains party games and conversation content intended for adults (17+). Some content may include suggestive language, humor, and references to adult situations.
By using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are 17 years of age or older
- You will use the App responsibly and in accordance with all local laws
- The App is for entertainment purposes only
- You assume full responsibility for your own behavior while using the App
- You will obtain consent from all participants before playing
- You understand some content may be mature in nature (17+)
- You will respect boundaries and stop any activity that makes others uncomfortable
Subscriptions & Payments
Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you authorize the payment and agree to Apple's terms.
Subscription Products:
- Pro Monthly ($3.99/month): Auto-renews monthly. Includes Extreme mode, premium voices, and Challenges.
- Pro Yearly ($19.99/year): Auto-renews annually. Same benefits as monthly at a savings.
- Lifetime ($29.99): One-time purchase. All games, unlimited cards, no ads forever.
Auto-Renewal Terms:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription

Nothing in Chips & Chill constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice. The App is for entertainment purposes only and is designed to facilitate fun conversations and bonding experiences between couples and friends.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Your own conduct and behavior while using the App
- Any activities you engage in while playing
- Obtaining consent from all participants before playing
- Ensuring all players are 17 years of age or older
- Respecting other players' boundaries at all times
- Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
Limitation of Liability
Chips & Chill is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for:
- Any outcomes resulting from using the App
- Interpersonal conflicts or disagreements during gameplay
- Property damage or other consequences of gameplay
- Data loss or device damage
- Third-party actions or content
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in Chips & Chill are owned by Fares Azani and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
